Mr. Peter W. van Strijp, Chairman of the Board |

Mr. van Strijp is Oree's Chairman of the board and brings to the company his extensive knowledge and experience in the conventional as well as the solid state lighting industry.
Prior to joining Oree, Mr. van Strijp served as the CEO of the Solid State Lighting Business Unit at Philips Lighting, where he was also responsible for the development and deployment of Philips Lighting overall SSL’s strategy. In this position he served as a Board member at Lumileds and was directly involved in several of Philips Lighting’s acquisitions.
Mr. van Strijp holds a master degree in Business Administration from the University of Eindhoven as well as a bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Rotterdam in Holland. |

Mr. Eyal Harel |

Eyal began his Hi-Tech career in 1988 and posses a unique combination of broad technology background, executive management experience and intimate understanding of the flat panel display industry and other segments of the electronic industry.
In 1988 Eyal joined Orbotech Ltd. (previously Orbot) a public company traded on NASDAQ (ORBK) and a world leader in yield enhancement solutions for the electronic industry. In his last position at Orbotech, Eyal served as co-president of the company (2202-2006). Eyal led the penetration of Orbotech into the flat panel display industry, in 1993, and played a key role in making the company the world leader of Automatic Optical Inspection solutions for flat panel displays.
Eyal holds an Msc. in Computer Science from the Weizmman Institute and a Bsc. in Physics and Computer Science from Bar Ilan University. |

Mr. Yair Shoham |
|
Yair Shoham is a Partner at Genesis Partners and is a board member on a number of Genesis Partners portfolio companies, including Advasense, Discretix, Modu, RADWIN. Yair has an in-depth understanding of US and Israeli corporate law and hands-on entrepreneurial experience. Prior to joining Genesis Partners, Yair helped establish Butterfly VLSI and led its sale to Texas Instruments.
Yair joined Butterfly from VDOnet, which he co-founded in 1996 and where he successfully co-led the sale of VDOnet's technology to Citrix Systems. Yair began his career practicing securities and corporate law, first in the US, where he developed an expertise in M&A’s and IPO’s, and then in Israel, where he was a partner at one of Israel’s leading law firms, Goldfarb, Levy, Eran & Co.
Yair holds a JD from Loyola University School of Law and a BA from Haifa University. |

Mr. Alex Barbers |

Alex Brabers is Executive Vice President of GIMV, responsible for all IT venture capital investments. Through his experience of over 15 years in venture capital, Alex brings to GIMV a rich experience in private equity.
Alex exited several companies through either trade sales or IPO’s and holds board positions in Telenet, Inside Contactless, L&C, Aventiv ,Virtensys and Oree. Previous mandates: Option International, Barconet, Telos, Emme and Mobistar.
Prior to joining GIMV in 1990, Alex worked in the banking industry, first as trader in international money market instruments, later in the strategic planning department.
Alex holds a Master in Economics from the University of Louvain. |

Mr. Eran Fine, President and Chief Executive Officer |

Eran Fine is the co-founder of Oree, Eran is a serial entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in leading startup companies. Prior to founding Oree, Eran was the co-founder and CEO of MobileSpear, a leading start up that developed a unique and advanced platform for the mobile operators. Eran led the company to production and sales in Asia and Europe. Previously, Eran was the founder and VP Business Development of On-Eden Ltd, a software company that was sold to Crystal Ltd. (NASDAQ:CRTL). Eran served as a consultant to Orad –High Tech Systems, Bezeq, a leading Israeli telephone operator, Israel Electric Company and Channel 2, a leading Israeli broadcaster.
Eran holds a Bachelor degree in Cinematography. |
