Eran is a serial entrepreneur with over 12 years experience leading startup companies. Prior to Oree, Eran co-founded and held the role of CEO of MobileSpear, a start up in the field of mobile operations, where he led the company to production and sales in Asia and Europe. Eran was also the founder and VP of business & development at On-Eden Ltd, a software company purchased by Crystal Ltd. (NASDAQ:CRTL). Eran has served as a consultant to Orad – High Tech Systems, Bezeq – Israel’s leading telephone operator, the Israel Electric Company, and Channel 2 – Israel’s leading TV broadcaster.

Mr. Asher Brockmann, Co-Chief Executive Officer

Asher boasts over 35 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, and has been an independent consultant for high tech companies and start ups in the areas of production since 2003. Prior to Oree, Asher and his partners founded Advanced Dicing Technologies LTD (ADT), formed from the purchase of the semiconductor dicing saw and blade divisions from Kulicke & Soffa (Israel). Asher remains a major shareholder and board member at the company. Asher built the first semiconductor assembly line in Israel for Vishay, and held the role of executive VP for business development for eight years, where he was responsible for investments in Israel and elsewhere around the world. Asher also worked at Kulicke & Soffa as corporate VP and general manager in Israel. |

Mr. Itai Cohen, CFO |

Itai joined Oree in 2007 and served as VP of Marketing and Business Development until 2011. Itai brings to Oree over nine years of experience dealing with high tech companies of all sizes - from young start-ups to publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Oree Itai was a principal at Genesis Partners, a leading venture capital fund in Israel and an investor in Oree. Itai also spent six years at CIBC Israel as a senior equity analyst, focusing on Israeli communications companies. |

Dr. Yosi Shani , Chief Technology Officer |

Dr. Yosi Shani possesses over 20 years experience with both established and start-up companies. He holds numerous patents and has been published multiple times in technical publications with a focus on integrated optics. Dr. Shani served as VP of R&D at Oree for 2 years before taking the position of CTO. Prior to joining Oree, Yosi established OMS Displays where he served as chief executive officer and later as chief technical officer.
Yosi has also served as vice president (technology) at Lynx Photonics, vice president (physics) at Aelis Photonics, and consultant to AT&T Bell Labs. |

Mrs. Ada Lotan , VP Operations |

Ada brings over 10 years of experience in manufacturing processes. Prior to Oree, Ada served as VP manufacturing in Magink, a display company, and VP manufacturing of Transchip, a CMOS image sensor company. Ada has held the role of chief operating officer for Cinata Inc., a semiconductor company developing advanced solutions for the storage area network market. She has also acted as VP operations for Tioga Technologies, where she took the fabless semiconductor
Mr. Avner Badihi, VP of R&D
Avner is an inventor and entrepreneur, with a record of startup activities and technological development. Avner co-founded XLoom Comminucations in 2001, to develop wafer level integrative technologies for the production of Electro Optical devices. From 1981 to 1993, Avner held key management positions with the Thin Film Capacitor Division of AVX in Israel and In 1993 Avner founded ShellCase Ltd to develop novel Wafer Level Chip Size Packages (WL-CSP) using semiconductor thin film processes. Avner received his MSc (Honors) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1981 |
